Digital volume control on DS1669

This digital volume control has no mechanical potentiometer that wears and makes virtually no noise in the circuit.

It is a simple schematic diagram is shown below:



Components:

C1 0.1 uF Ceramic disc capacitor.

U1 - DS1669 - chip digital volume control.

S1, S2 - button volume control.

The S1 button increases the volume, S2 - lowers. The input signal must not fall less of 0.2 V
