Manage network load TTL chip

The following scheme allows you to manage network load (220V) from of devices formed on the chip and having an output TTL level. Scheme has opto isolation, which allows a good to protect a machine made on chips.

Such a device is useful when you want to manage from your computer network devices using LPT port.

As the optocoupler can be used domestic optocouplers.
