Details of the call are conveniently placed inside the enclosure of the subscriber loudspeaker, using its dynamic head and matching transformer. But it is possible, of course, other options.

The establishment of the call is to control the voltage between points A and B (4,5...5,5 In) and selection of capacitors C5, C6 (if necessary) to produce a pleasant sound.
