B. Sadler proposed scheme electrically switchable crystal oscillator (Fig.1). Required quartz from the set X1-X (can be used with any frequency of the principal resonance of from 1 to 15 MHz) is connected to the output of the comparator IC1 when the supply voltage to one of the resistors R1-Rn. This opens one of the diodes D1-Dn and the corresponding crystal oscillator included in the circuit PIC from the output of IC1 at its input, causing the generation "their" frequency.
