Article 227. Find

1. The finder of a lost thing shall immediately notify the person who lost her things or owner or anyone else from persons known to him, having the right to receive it and to return the found thing to this person...

2. If the person entitled to demand the return of found items, or place it stay is unknown, the finder of a thing is obliged to declare the find to the militia or in the local government body.

Article 228. The acquisition of ownership of Nakhodka

1. If within six months from the date of the application for the find to the militia or in the local authority, the person authorized to obtain the item, not will be set or will not declare the right thing to finder her face either in the police or the local authority, who found the thing gets ownership of it.

Article 233. Treasure

1. The treasure that is buried in the ground or otherwise hidden money or valuable the items whose owner cannot be established either by Statute has lost the right to them, come into the ownership of the person who owns property (land, building, etc.), where the treasure was hid, and persons who discovered the treasure, in equal shares, unless the agreement between them is not installed otherwise. Upon discovery of the treasure of the person making the excavation or search values without the consent of the owner of the land or other property where the treasure was hidden, the treasure shall be sent to the owner of the land or other property where the treasure was discovered.

2. In the event of discovery of a treasure trove, containing things related to monuments history or culture, they are subject to transfer into state ownership. When the owner of the land or other property where the treasure was hid, and the person who discovered the treasure, have the right to receive remuneration together in the amount of fifty percent of the value of the treasure. The remuneration shall be between these persons in equal shares, unless the agreement between them is not installed otherwise. Upon detection of such a treasure trove by the person conducting the excavation or search values without the consent of the owner of the property where the treasure was hid, reward this person is not paid and is fully paid to the owner.

3. The rules of this article shall not apply to persons, in the terms of employment or duties which included the excavation and search aimed at the discovery of the treasure.
