Power regulator on three parts

Recently experiencing a true Renaissance resistor [1] and transistor [2] the power regulators. They are the most uneconomical.

To increase the efficiency of the regulator [2] as the regulator [1] enable diode (see figure).

When this is achieved a more convenient throttling limit (50-100%).

Semiconductor devices can be placed on a radiator.
