The console is designed for broadcast video programs from your VCR within the apartment. It can be used, for example, to send cartoons to the children's room, or in stores for supplying one picture on all screens.
Based on the charge of converting video and audio signals in the modulated RF signal from a child's computer "Dandy" (the modulator). It is no secret that such computers often fail, and many of them either lie idle or dismantled for parts. The modulator of the loss of rare, except chip regulator burns out, but in the console, described below, it is not used.

Admission is conducted on a conventional indoor antenna with almost any TV because the console works in the meter range. Configuring of the transmitter is to install the signal levels of variable resistors for better quality picture and sound.
Attention! It is not recommended to do such a transmitter, if on the same channel on which the modulator in your area has TV broadcasting.
