This device will be a useful addition to the TV, not having a remote control. It does not require batteries, as in the remote control at the infrared rays, and much cheaper and easier that makes it possible to manufacture and connection even inexperienced in electronics people.
The device may be applied to the TVs ZUSTST (e.g. RUBIN C, C, etc.), having blocks feather-touch selection programs type SVP-4-5, SVP-4-6, SVP-4-7. Diagram of the device (Fig. 1.2) allows sequentially (in a circle) switch with a single button TV programs.
The electrical circuit consists of a pulse shaper on D1.1 (after pressing and releasing the button S1, which allows to eliminate the effect bounce contact), the repeater pulses D1.2 and the switch transistor VT1. Capacitor C1 allows you to get rid of interference on long connecting wires (up to 10 meters) from the button to the scheme. The connection to the button to perform better intertwined between the wires. IC D1 can be replaced or TM TM. The transistor will suit you, with the same conductivity, for example CT, KT3102, CT. Capacitors C1 and C2 is better than electrolytic, and any other type. As diode VD1 can be applied to the diodes D2, D9 or any pulse.

Is the circuit inside the TV near the block switching apps. Three connecting wires is convenient to solder directly the pins IE. If the connecting wires from the circuit to the button longer than 10 meters, it is possible to improve the noise immunity of the device power circuit scheme (2) it is useful to connect to pin 16 of the chip, and to a circuit +12 V on the Board.
With proper Assembly and proper details of the scheme settings does not require and will reliably serve you for many years.
