In the electronic literature published a lot of different schemes for residential calls. They usually play only fragments of melodies and imitated the singing of birds. Currently produced chips that can repeatedly record and reproduce information, both voice and music.

Time recording and playback circuits can range from 10 seconds to tens of minutes. For my design I used a device based on the chip ISD1210P [IV]. Time recording and playback is 10 seconds, which is quite enough for a room call. In this chip, you can record the synthesized fragment (music and speech) from computer's sound card, with a tape recorder or microphone. The retention period of the recorded information of the IC ISD1210P is about 100 years. The number of write cycles of approximately 100,000.

This chip contains ADC and DAC, RAM, clock generator, microphone amplifier, audio line input and output. Since the device has no built-in amplifier AF, it is possible to employ the amplifier AF any schematics. In my scheme applied common AF amplifier on the chip KUN and assembled according to the scheme given in [1].

The unit of recording and reproduction of information consists of chips DD1 ISD1210P and AF amplifier DA3 on the chip CAN. The inclusion of the chip DD1 model. In my version was recorded in a microchip combined fragment the sound of the Gong and voice. First, in any music editor that supports writing notes and listening to recorded the sound of the Gong. I used a music editor FINALE 2003.

With this editor, I convert the "Sounding Gong" in the MIDI format, and then, with Converter, MIDI to WAV is a program AwaveMus.exe) convert to WAV. The program can be found on the website www.fmjsoft.com.

Then I use the program to play the entered text into the computer (Govorilka.exe).

In the program I enter the text: -" the Lord. You" and when you play to achieve the most natural pronunciation and then record it in WAV format. Thus we get two independent file in WAV format. First - the sound of the Gong, the second contains the text. (Options, text entry can be set). The next step you use Sound Forge XP Studio , which can be found on the website www.sonicfoundry.com. Using this program files "Gong" and "text" in WAV format are mixed, edited, and combined in one. WAV file. I have it takes about 80KB. At the beginning of the file 1 second recorded signal with any frequency up to 18 Hz. This is to ensure that during playback of the Gong, don't cut the start of the text. Signal up to a frequency of 18hz is not heard by the human ear, but affects the operation of the control device of the relay.

The PSU has no peculiar features and assembled in traditional layout on a chip of DA2-CREA. When you press the doorbell button SB2 turns on the power to the device and control the relay with the pin 15 of the chip DD1, through the capacitor C22, the transistor VT1 and chain VD3, R17, R18 signal. Output 1 chip DD2.1 appears log.1 and passing through the transistors VT2, VT3, makes trigger relay 1 for the closure of the contacts K1.1 and K1.2. After finishing playback, after a few seconds, the output 1 of the chip DD2.1, there is a voltage log.0 which causes a trigger relay: 1 for the break contacts K1.1 and K1.2. The signal comes with DD1 chip, through the capacitor 4 on the volume knob R6 and through a chain C8, R7 to the input of the chip. Chip is powered by a voltage of 9V., remove from the circuit output DA2 and capacitors C20, C21. This same voltage is applied to the diode VD2 and the input circuit DA1. To reduce the size of the structure, instead of the AF amplifier DA3, you can use the chip from the phone - AKRON. The scheme of inclusion shown in [III]. Instead of a chip of DA1 CREA you can apply the analogue of imported chips series 7805, and chips instead of DA2 CREE chip series 7809.

  • P. S. the Advantage of this design is ease of manufacture, relative (average 118 rubles) low cost chip ISD1210P. What this chip can record the synthesized fragments. Circuit and construction details are not scarce. Subject to the accuracy of installation and the availability of serviceable parts, adjustment of the device is minimized. Basically it is the AF amplifier on the chip CAN [1]. Button SB1 is temporary and is used only at the time of recording DD1 chip. In idle state the device is disconnected from the network.
