Option 1
The system is based on a logical set of series SN7440. Based on a master oscillator, tuned to a frequency 12.626262 Hz. The system is based on the effects on the receive path information of caller ID systems, avoiding the locking of the vocal tract of the caller and the inability to transfer it to any digital or analog signals to transmit information about its number. This is accomplished by closing the line with frequency 12.626262 Hz.

Option 2
This scheme can operate without an external power source. Relay K1-RES, capacitor C1 determines the frequency of the relay (pulse frequency of Anticon) its denomination about 47мF.

This circuit is a flip-flop circuit assembled on transistors VT1 and VT2 - CTG, resistors R1 200 Ω, R2 20 kω R3 - 6.8 ohms, capacitors C1, C2 - 47mF, relays K1 - RASA.
