The proposed device allows you to delay turning off the lights after you close the door that gives the ability for the driver to easily insert the key in the ignition in the dark.
Diagram of the device is simple and requires no comments. It is only necessary to note that the diode VD1 necessary to prevent discharge of the capacitor through the circuit of the alarm, if installed in the car and connected to the door buttons.
The device is mounted on a printed circuit Board whose appearance by soldering presented in Fig.
Relay P1 (mounting block) is inserted into the terminals used in automotive wiring, soldered into the Board. The wire from the door buttons KN. is disconnected from the lamp and is connected to the diode VD1. The lamp L is connected the contact group of the relay R1. The time delay in seconds can be estimated by the formula:
t=R1*C1 (resistance in ohms, capacitance in Farad), and, when these values is 4...5C. This device is used on the vehicle together with the alarm Enforcer.
