It happens that the high voltage breaks runner dispenser. Removing the two screw, spoiled item is removed. Placing between the runner and the centrifugal automatic double-folded plastic bag, pull together all regular screws.

Then cut off protruding from under the runner excess polyethylene and put on place the distributor cap. All, the engine can be started.
