The bike headlight and rear light are shining only during the movement of the machine, when working Wellenreiter ("Dynamo"). A simple electronic device will help you to correct this deficiency. Here's how it works.
When the bike starts moving, relay K1 (see circuit diagram) and its contact group K1.1 connects to the generator of the lamp HL1. When low speed or stop the voltage applied to the coil K1, falls, and the movable plate is returned to its original position, connecting the lamp to HL1 battery GB1. At the time of switching the lamp does not flash, parallel to it connected to the oxide capacitor C1 of large capacitance, which in the pauses energizes the lamp. As a result, the lamp gives light and the motion of the bike, and in the time stops.

In your device, you can use diodes series D226 or D7, capacitor K50-6, relay RES-10 (passport RS4.524.303).
Auto switch is mounted on a printed circuit Board size 60X50 mm (see the figure) made of a foil fiberglass or Micarta thickness of 1...1.5 mm. Charge with the battery placed in a regular tool bag and feature front on the frame of the bike. To switch on the end of the bag you need to cut a hole Ø 10...12 mm.
