Switching the TV over any period of time and again switched to any other channel. Clicking on the sensors of choice programs SB1 SB6...(the designations are to the concept [1]) in most cases did not give the desired result. Measurement of voltages in a circuit, the leads of the chips D2 (CIE) and D4 (CID), as well as on the findings of all of the transistors showed that they are within the certified values. When checking by watering and "continuity test" transistor VT12, VT11, VT6, VT3, VT4, VT5 revealed that they are working properly. A similar inspection of all other components also showed their serviceability. Replacement circuits D2 and D4 on serviceable to no avail.
The normal functioning of the TV was restored only after replacing the transistor VT12 - stabilizer +5V (CTA). Internal defect of the transistor could not be detected above measurements and inspections.
