The device shown in Fig.2, is designed to automatically turn off the TV after the TV shows.

Using this device is as follows: you first need to press the button SB2 - the network is supplied to the power supply of the TV, the relay K1 is activated (if the TV receives a signal). Then the button can be released.
At the end of the TV shows the AGC voltage selector channels is increased to 9...9.5 V, and the relay is deactivated.
