Circuit to power LEDs power 5 watt type LUXEON V

The diagram in Fig. 5.23 designed to power 5 W led type LUXEON V with parameters:

• the voltage drop is 7;
• the rated current of 0.7 A.

One such led can be replaced, for example, two 3 watts (with a fall of 3.6 In), connected in series.

As the power key, you can use a composite transistor FMMT617 + ZXTN2007G, as shown in Fig. 5.24.

The use of composite transistor allows you to increase the number of connected LEDs.
